HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host Couchsurfers about once a month here in Amsterdam, and I try to meet or stay with local Couchsurfers on each of my trips.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed a couple of times during my stay in the US, every time being a great experience. I met great people, and stayed in amazing places like an old light bulb factory. Back in Holland, I decided to become a more active CouchSurf member, and I hosted quite a lot of people the last couple of years while I was still living in Utrecht, and I still do here in Amsterdam.

Music, traveling, biking, books, photography, I play keyboards in a band, and I'll always love a beer or two. Oh, and maps!

I've hiked across Corsica, the most beautiful island I've ever been, I've climbed the highest mountain of Marocco, I've taken the Amtrak from Chicago to Seattle and hitch-hiked along the coast to San Francisco. And that's just half the story.
