ABOUT ME

Bruno: Well, 5 years ago I decicided to change life and quit france to become scuba diving instructor.I have been living on Koh tao, an island in thailand since november 2009. After 3 years working hard in big diving schools, I am now managing a very-typical diveschool located on a private beach. More cool, more small. When I meet couchsurfers, I show them around when I am not busy (viewpoints, walking, trekking, kayaking, snorkelling, atv in jungle..I am just gonna stay here a long time I think, this is a great island!
Great friends, young and dynamic people, very nice locals, amazing landscapes, impressive dives, volleyball, hamac...kind of my life there

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Bruno:I d like to meet and help travellers willing to explore Koh tao s treseaure on land and underwater . I find the concept of CS admirative...the best way to meet locals very quick and get useful tips. You can meet me at alvaro diving, in chalok ban khao, where I am sitting all day on the beach. At 6 pm, you can meet me at the babaloo bar, the most thai-style bar of the island

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Bruno: I have already met some couchsurfers since I am living in koh tao, hosted also many of them and shared my days with them..jungle or water. When too busy, it happened that I could give accomodation, and not meet so much..it depends the seasons and the work
As a surfer I met one of my best friend in bkk when I first came to thailand...
Generally we all meet around 5-6 for a beer, a dinner in front of the sea and check what is going on the next day.

Interests

Bruno: people, diving, walking, swimming, photos, snorkelling music, playing, talking, smoking, reading, eating, not doing anything.. etc...

Music, Movies, and Books

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bruno: lately..diving with bullsharks was amazing...also a UV night dive (torch with blue filter and orange glass mask) where everything become fluorescent...
