ABOUT ME

I am a fun loving guy who enjoys his beer with a good laugh. I am very interested in sustainable living and am working on becoming a gardener. I also enjoy sketching and drawing a lot, but I am really not that good at it. I LOVE dogs, they are pretty much the best thing ever (aside from vegan Chili). I love camping but do not camp very much. I am always up for a drink or some coffee.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a vegan and strive to live the most sustainable lifestyle possible both with my diet and how I consume. I try to support local organic farmers as much as possible. I believe in helping those in need every chance I get. Every person you come into contact is someone who you can learn from and share your knowledge with, so get out there and meet people!

I am currently a beginner at it but I enjoy making Kimchi and Sauerkraut and would be happy to show you the small portion I know about fermentation. I know a little about some composting and some useless trivia about odd items that you can compost. I am a pretty decent cook and would love to share some of my self taught cooking techniques with anyone who is interested.
