I'm looking to meet new people, new friends from other parts of the world to hang out with and get to know.

I've travelled in Mexico and a good part of Central America previously. The last time I was in Mexico was in the winter of 2018, for about 3 months. Not sure where I'm headed next. Possibly the Philippines in the fall of 2019. We shall see.

I have many interests, including physical fitness, cooking, music, hockey, politics, good conversation, wine, film and TV, astronomy (on a layman's level, so it's not exceedingly difficult to comprehend), particle physics (which is definitely more difficult to understand than astronomy, but... I try).
