About Me
About me: Hi, I’m Bruce, 25 years old, from China. Doing masters in the U.K now. In general, I think I’m an easygoing, open minded, polite and cool guy lol. Might be a bit shy at first meeting, but into making new friends. Like cooking and exploring new places on foot. Addicted to traveling in particular. Interested in languages and cultures. I majored in Arabic language at SYSU and studied in Jordan for a year, which is an unforgettable and unusual experience for me. Studying HRM at UoM currently. I’m new on Couchsurfing, but I’ve tried Airbnb before and got along quite well with my hosts. I found it’s a good way to get close to local life. In addition, travel isn’t about visiting tourist attractions but building connections with people, so it would be great to make new friends by CS. About my place: My place is near the University of Manchester. I have my own room with bathroom and share a living room with 5 nice people. Due to the regulation of my flat, any guest could stay with me for 2 days every week at most. My room is kinda small but I made it clean and cozy. There’s a carpet on the floor so it would be better to eat in the living room. Despite the inconvenience, I can offer a Thai massage mat, a pillow and a thin blanket. My bed is a double bed and I don’t mind sharing it with you if you’re male and don’t snore lol. At last, please tell me something about you instead of just sending a short request. Hope you’re an interesting person and can bring me some different stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I quit my job and learned Thai massage for 5 weeks in Chiangmai last summer. It’s a decision I’ll never regret since I met so many nice and fun souls through the course.
