I'am like a vivid tornado with a moving body and mind.
So i love to twirl around and dance or soak up knowledge and wisdom.
On the other hand my inner side is calm, aware and full in the moment.

Learning and teaching self defends, coordination and body awareness in form of different martial arts: Modern Arnis and Wing Tsun.
I also expand my consciousness autodidactic and interdisciplinary.
