ABOUT ME

Others would describe me as very independent and out spoken at times. I have many facets to my character and personality which allows me to be accomodating to various types of people. I love to smile which means I tend to do whatever makes me happy; whether it be planning a large group outting or flying solo, I'm going to do it. I photograph my life. "It was kind of like...wait, I have a picture of that," is a very common conversation I've had. I love stories and the only way to get them is to get up and do something. Then, take a  picture or two or a million; they'll last forever.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I tend to do a great deal of hosting couch surfers which I enjoy because I like playing tourist around town. Now, I'm hoping to get in a bit of surfing sessions myself. I'm looking to experience the world the same way--or at least relatively the same way--the locals do. I want to learn cultures and you can't really do that keeping to yourself.

Interests

I enjoy being active! I ride my bike to work, go on hiking/biking/cross country driving/deep sea fishing trips in and around the greater San Diego area into Mexico. I'm up for nearly anything I can attach a story to: thrill seeking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock music fan! Classic rock, 80s rock, punk rock, metal rock, you name it. Books I read tend to follow the trend of intellectual thrillers and adventure while movies tend to follow the same line with some science fiction, black and white classics, Disney and maybe a few chick flicks.
