About Me

I'm a 25 years old Brazilian student of food science. I'm having a great experience in the USA, my first time abroad, at University of California.
I would like to know more of this country that I'm exploring and its culture, meet people, places and make this experience full of good memories.
I'm a easy going person who loves cats and dogs. Also loves nature, outdoors activities, hiking and cooking. I believe that walking or biking is the best way to know a place (a city).
I'm organized, like to clean and never left dirty behind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that it's a great opportunity of exchange, meet people and places by sharing moments with people that have the same goals.
I never had a experience at couchsourfing so i'm totaly new and excited about it.
It's difficult being in a total different country without know anybody, so i wanna collect friends and memories around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to discover new musics but I have been listen a lot of Arctic Monkeys, Of Monsters and Men, Alt-J, Milky Chance, Lorde, Coldplay. Some indie rock, all of the pop music playing in the radios. Basicly music makes life better. I'm down to reaggae music too, especially in a trip. If you know Brazilian music, I like Vanguart, Lenine, Los Hermanos, O Rappa, Criolo.
My favorites movies are 500 Days of Summer, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Le fabuleux Destin D' Amelie Poulain, Moonrise Kingdon, Fantastic Mr. Fox, The Grand Budapest Hotel, La peil que habito.
Also watch some super-hero movies but they are not my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left all my family, friends and people that I care to joing myself in this amazing adventure so many miles away from my home town, to study, learn and grow.

Teach, Learn, Share

It's really amazing how much we can grow up when we give yourself the chance of listen and observe what is around. You need to be heart open and enjoy your experiences the fullest.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to cook and sing (but I'm better cooking) and I know that we should do the dishes after cook. I'm a good company for a beer and a good conversations, at home or at a bar. We can talk about politics, movies, musics, travels and food science if you want to.
I'm a good company hiking (even if it is a "urban hiking") and exploring places outside.
I'm a little cliche but I love turistics places once that's my first time abroad and it's all new for me, Do you know the feeling about seeing places in movies, never believe that you will be there, and some day you are? It's awsome!
I cryed at see the snow for the first time, same in San Francisco. So some poeple could say that i'm a "4 years old kid" because don't need much to make me happy (good food, pets, turistics places and pringles).
I can make you the amazing "brigadeiros", a brazilian dessert recipe.
Also, there's always space for desseart because it doesn't feed your stamach, but your soul.
I can teach portuguese and i'm learning play tennis!
