I was studying management in France but I wasn't passionate about my studies so I took a gap year to dedicate my time to volunteering in environmental projects: learning about organic farming, , living in communities, helping locals via Workaway and European Solidarity Corps. I travelled a lot in the Balkans by bus all this year and the experience was very life changing for me : I was able to step back from my studies in France and discover incredible alternative life stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently hitchkinking with a friend from Sofia to France ! It's a big challenge for us, we never did such a big distance ! The goal of this trip is to meet locals, discuss about their lifestyle and discover the culture. Being able to be hosted by locals would be even more meaningful for us in this trip !

I already dit Couchsurfing twice with my friend in Czech Republic and it was amazing experience I would like to live again !

Interests

I have been a girlscout for 12 years. It was the best non-formal education I had : I discovered how to love and respect the nature, live in community, grow up with more and more independence and live in a camp. Now, I am a leader, really happy to transmit all I was taught before and learning a lot about having responsibilities.

I am also a big fan of audio-visual art. I like to take pictures and videos and editing them. I also like graphic design. I discovered this passion when I was responsible of communication and marketing of a Triathlon in France (Triathlon Audencia La Baule) in 2021. Now I'm doing it for fun about my travels or for friends.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have my ukulele with me (I'm still learning), we can sing together if you're down. I also love to cook : if you have eggs, flour and water we can cook French crepes (even without eggs if you are vegan)
