Music : I listen to almost everything even if I prefer the 80-90's pop-rock songs
Here's a list : Christine and the Queens, Roxette, Bon Jovi, Coldplay, Sufjan Stevens, Silence 4, Delfins, Texas, etc.

Movies : it's even more difficult but I guess it's like music, I almost see everything, depends on the director
Here's another list : Dead Poets Society, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Lion King, Forrest Gump, The Green Mile, Polisse, Le diner de cons, Sister Act, Kill Bill, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Gladiator, etc.

Books : I used to read a lot when I was younger, less now ... when I have the time crime novels are my favourite..
Oh a list again : The lord of the rings, Le comte de Monte Cristo, Les fleurs du Mal, 1984, En attendant Godot, etc.
