Overview
About Me
I'm a tech entrepreneur (https://hi-cousin.com/en_us/) who just recovered from a very aggressive and rare cancer named Burkitt lymphoma, feeling pretty blessed and excited to enjoy my second chance.
But don't worry, this was not the first rare challenge that god has given it me...
When I was 21, 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with acute multifocal posterior epitheliopathy.
It caused several damage to my retina and I went from perfect and healthy eye vision on a Saturday to a nonrecognition of myself 50 cm from a mirror on a Wednesday.
It's taken 5 days to be considered blind.
I was treated as a guinea pig in a hospital University with a kind of stem cells. After being in the dark for 6 months, I got my second chance to recover over 70% of my vision, since then I decided to enjoy it as much as possible, traveling around the world, meeting people, trying different foods, learning, seeing, and enjoying my second chance.
You can check some of these big challenges with pictures on YouTube by accessing the link below (5 minutes, it will be worth it)

Interests

About mental health - what challenges me to be out of my comfort zone like learning new languages, meeting new people and cultures, trying new foods, traveling traveling traveling to different places, working on different projects, playing chess, going to the cinema, being with my friends and family.
About physical health - going to the gym, healthy foods

- make friends
Music, Movies, and Books
All kind.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I used to live in Rio de Janeiro city in a nice place named Tijuca but surrounded by many favelas. Every night from my bedroom I could see those thousands of houses' light spots. (see a photo of them in my profile)
I used to say to myself:" One day, I will be one of those light spots" and guess what ?! (Lesson learned - be careful about what you ask God or the universe, it's gonna happen)
Trying to start a new business and pursue my dream, I had to get my life costs down to zero then I exchanged a Frigobar for 2 months' rent in a shared room in the highest place of the largest favela of the world, the 'Rocinha".
