I’m from Uruguay, second smallest country in South America with only 3.5 million people. Is hard for me to describe myself but I’ll do my best.
I believe that I’m a humble person with a chill personality and extremely easy going. I’m very active, I am always trying to make the most of the day, I will take a look on what’s going on in town to see if there is any live performances like bands or theatre and combine that preferably with some outdoor activities like a hike or biking and always trying to find the good spots in town to embrace a good sunset and chill (depending on the mood probably with some wine ;) )
I know I said I was active however I also love watching movies and series so I have my lazy days too (throw a nap there time to time after lunch haha)
Alright what else? I have lived most of my life in Uruguay and at the age of 25 I started my travels, went to New Zealand with a working holiday visa for a year and I loved it and end up staying almost 3 years. Now my next destination is France, I’ll be here half working and half holidays through 1 year and can’t wait to see what new adventures brings with it.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

To save money of course! Haha just kidding. I believe Couchsurfing is an awesome way of connecting to real people while you are traveling. Enjoying the important things such as connecting with the locals and having a friendly hand to advice you and giving you the opportunity of taking it easy as you go. Traveling alone sometimes is scary and sometimes money is an issue too (and it shouldn’t be one) so to have this option I think is awesome, I appreciate people that opens up for it and I haven’t have the chance to do it myself because I have been moving a lot lately but definitely when my house in Uruguay is finished I would love to receive as many friend travelers as I can.

It has been always so hard for me to answer my music tastes because I’m actually open to all styles and I’m always exploring new sounds and love to see what people listen to discover something new. From rock and roll, to jazz funk, instrumental experiments, electronic, etc.. I have seen live lots of bands like for example AC/DC, Rage Against the Machine, Queens of the Stone Age, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park, Korn, Limp Bizkit and many more .
Movies and series? I’m in! Funny fact.. I probably learned English watching Friends ha.
Books I do enjoy it but haven’t read much to be honest but getting there, any recommendation?
