Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To try and understand the world and the people in it a little better.
ABOUT ME
My name is Bruno and I´m 26 years old. I love to travel and see different places and people. My ideal life would be to make money while traveling and contributing somehow to a better world for all.
I´m currently working at Leiden University researching legal systems in developing countries. Also I've set up a website with video-interviews on war and peace: www.warandpeacetalk.com !
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life because I believe that the world can be changed for the better and that I can make a contribution in this. I don´t believe in God, but I do find the ideas and wisdom behind many of the worlds religions valuable. I am grateful for my freedom, being raised in a country where I have not known war, poverty or repression. Hopefully, I can help to promote freedom for other people around the world as well.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like the big idea of creating a more interconnected earth, making cities more cheaply accesible and the very free thing it´s got about it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Geneva: had a great time with great hosts who surprised us with a huge pile of pancakes in the morning!
St. Petersburg: overwhelming city in which two great couchsurf hosts helped us to discover the nice places.
Estonia: beautiful time with some of the most original people I'll ever get to meet.
Tbilisi: gorgeous country, cool city, and delicious but headache-giving chacha!
Amsterdam: I have hosted people from many different places and I'll try to keep doing so in the future!
Interests
I like playing guitar, reading, windsurfing, studying, traveling, spending time with friends, going out, listening to good music and seeing good films.
