About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to be alive. For me it means to go outside, meet people, see the world, and try everything I can.
ABOUT ME
Well there's so much to say. I love to learn, that's why I studied so many different subjects at school. I would like to learn everything. I alos love to meet new people, especially if they are from another country. Maybe that's because I love stories so much. When you meet new people, you get to hear interesting stories. Even better if it is from places you don't know. I'm more of a listener than a talker.
I would like to see everything in this world, but I didn't get the chance to travel a lot these last years. I guess there were other things on my mind.
PHILOSOPHY
One day at a time. Since everything changes, there's no need to dwell on the past, and no way I can predict the future. Today is quite enough already.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Can't answer that one so soon.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I went to the St-Patrick Day's party organised by the Montreal community in 2008. It was fun, even if the music was too loud and I had some trouble understanding what people were saiyng.
Interests
Tough question, there's too many things interesting. But let's give it a try: capoeira, languages, boardgames, horseriding, hiking, karting, cross-country skiing, skating, baseball, hockey, restaurants, cooking, travels, books, movies...

Music, Movies, and Books
Books by Robin Hobb, James Clavell and H.P. Lovecraft. My favorite is Treasure Island by R.L. Stevenson.
I listen to any kind of music. Depends on my mood. From heavy metal to classic music.
Favorite movies are by Mamoru Oshii. Also Blade Runner is a movie I enjoy a lot. Any movies that makes you think about life and it's meaning.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Actually there a two things: The first is when I went horseriding on the beach in Dominican Republic. It was at night under the moonlight. I could do anything I wanted to with the horse. That's the only time I rode a horse and didn't have to follow the guide.
The second amazing thing I have done are my kung fu exams. I didn't know I had it in me to do such things. Can't talk about it too much though, because a big part of the exam is not knowing what's going to happen.
Teach, Learn, Share
Since I like languages so much, I want to learn spanish and german. I did study a bit of mandarin, japanese and portuguese but not enough to be able to use it. My native language is French and I can try to teach it.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, United States
