ABOUT ME

I consider myself a very friendly guy.

ABOUT MY WORK: I am a musician, composer and arranger for the Rio de Janeiro Philharmonic and currently starting my own soundtrack company. I released a solo album back in 2009, with over 35 guest musicians from Brazil and from other parts of the world, 11 tracks of orchestrated brazilian music, ranging from a trio to a small symphony orchestra. For the past years I have been almost exclusively involved with composition, completing my first symphony in the year 2013, after a little over 30 months of work.

ABOUT MY HOME: I´m currently sharing an appartment with a friend, we have our living room with a comfortable mattress available! It´s in Niterói, but very very close to a ferry station20 minutes away from the Center of Rio. It´s an awesome neighbourhood by the beach and with many restaurants and pubs around.

PHILOSOPHY

The true revealer of richness is the process. Results can be deceitful and the ends never justify the means.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve been a guest a few times and have hosted some people also. I don´t know if the entire CS community is that great or if it´s me who is just lucky EVERYTIME, because I´ve absolutely loved every experience I had.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently learning french and would very much appreciate help in this department! ;)

I am a saxophone and flute player and I´ve been teaching these instruments for the past 14 years. Also, I teach about many music subjects (in fact, this is my area of expertise) such as composition, arranging, harmony...

Oh, and I can teach you to solve a Rubik´s Cube in less than one minute! ;)
