As a Physicist, I am trained to do experiments and predict. But don't get confused ;-), my passion is not just science, is experimentation: this has led myself to another great passion that captures my full motivation - Cooking and Gastronomy.
While at my lab I use thousand dollar lasers to do complex experiments, cooking offers us the possibility of doing experiments, but at the price of a kg of carrots!
