Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Being the best husband and father that I can. And never stop growing, by finding purpose and meaning in what I do.
ABOUT ME
I love to meet people of different places, cultures, talk about life and passions.
My favorite topics are travels, technology, health & fitness, and a little bit of everything else.
PHILOSOPHY
How many times shyness prevent us to express what we have inside...? Do you remember the last time you was not worried about the outcome, just engaged in the "flow"? That was you expressing yourself! And it was great, wasn't it?
Think less, experience more.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love the idea behind CS. and whenever I can, I host surfers.
I want to host people that read my profile and feel some resonance with it, before contacting me, rather than just receive copycat emails.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've been so lucky... So far all the people I've hosted trough CS where great. With some of them I've had the chance to interact more that with others, but I can say I can remember all of them with a smile...
Interests
Technology, medicine, science, business (in this order).
I particularly love to dream and speculate about the future.
Other passions: movies, fitness, healthy lifestyle, and little tips here and there on how to make everyday life more easy, interesting and pleasurable.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love love movies. Action. War movies. Horror. Historical. Even love movies. It's more about quality than gender, although I'd prefer science fiction.
Music is always playing in my mind, like I have my built-in, autostart radio! I listem mostly music from the 90ties.
I mostly read practical books that can teach me how to master a specific skill, learn something or solve some problem.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've traveled in more than 20 countries in the world.
I've been in Machu Picchu and it was truly mind-boggling.
I've been a paratrooper in the Italian special forces (yes, in Italy we DO have special forces, and they are bad ass too!).
I've met Kevin Spacey in a Starbucks in Guangzhou.
I travel up to 5 months per year.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can be creative. A designer, a cook, a joke, a solution. Learn how to learn is the most important skill of all. I can teach how to cook some perfect "spaghetti carbonara", I can show you the future. How and which little changes your daily habits can compound, over time, to have a massive impact on your life.
When we try to do something new, at first we shouldn't focus on the results, but on trying.
