Overview
About Me
I'm a 26 yo Brazilian girl, currently living in The Hague - the Netherlands. I moved here to follow an MA programme in Development Studies and follow one of my biggest passions: advancing social justice. I identify as an intersectional feminist and absolutely love music, dancing, outdoors and trying new food.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Whenever traveling, I enjoy soaking up the culture as much as possible and definitely, CouchSurfing is a great way to do so.
I joined CouchSurfing in 2010 to check it out, but only recently (March 2019) picked it up again and am looking forward to having my first experience. At the moment, as a recent graduate student I've been living in a small studio, I cannot accommodate guests. But, as I'm searching for a new place to live with a friend, I hope to be able to start welcoming friends at my Brazilian-in-the-Netherlands Dutch home too.
Interests
I also love museums, hiking, laying in the sun and cheering to drinks with friends.

Teach, Learn, Share
I am constantly learning and humbled, overwhelmed and amazed by the life stories of others. I come from a Spanish background, a household ran by women, and their unconditional love, strength, and resilience is my greatest inspiration. I'm a scholar but also a grassroots activist, passionate about people, community, resistance. I enjoy good conversations where there's mutual respect/interest/willingness to connect and have fun, and absolutely do not tolerate any kind of discrimination.
