ABOUT ME

I was born and grew up in Ghent, Belgium.
After my studies in Ghent, I did a one-year internship at the Belgian Embassy. My professional experience evolved over renewable energy to a position of PhD candidate at Ghent University (Centre for EU Studies).
In my free time I like playing badminton, of course traveling, going for a drink or a walk / hike, reading, eating ice cream, making unusual pictures etc.

PHILOSOPHY

When I was being born, my mother said "come on, Bruno, don't give up!"
So I don't.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted people and was hosted by several people around Europe. It is good to have a place to stay, and even nicer to speak with locals, to learn about the country where I am traveling.
