CURRENT MISSION

By bike and foot I will find and investigate various ruins, mounds, and works of art left to us by the great ancient civilization which once occupied southern Illiniois, or "Little Egypt". After that is Unknown.

ABOUT ME

I just graduated and am rudderless. I decided to strap a tent and sleeping bag to my bike and leave Chicago. Beyond the current project of touring Little Egypt, I have no definite plans, but will probably bike through Missouri to Kansas.

I just signed up and admittedly, have not been a host. However I am a courteous guest, love doing dishes, can cook with anything on-hand, and share experiences and good-will.

I am currently learning what it takes to tour country by bike, so I can share a little about that but probably learn a lot more from the right people.

My academic specialty is dead German philosophers.

I have loads of experience with social anxiety and its overcoming.
