Hello! my name is Bry and I am from Boulder, Colorado. I am a student studying medicine, psychology, and public health. I am 21 years old and I love to travel. My first language is English but I am also fluent in Spanish and I have lived for a while in both central Mexico and Buenos Aires. I love to travel and meet new people and have adventures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My father and I will be taking a trip to Paris this January. We are very excited because this is where he used to live! He studied to be a chef in Paris when he was younger and so he speaks French. He is a chef now and a wonderful man! I am really looking forward to seeing Paris with him. We are couch surfing because we want to meet some locals in the city, meet new people, and better immerse ourselves in the beautiful city of Paris.

Interests

I am fascinated with medicine and public health. It is a my passion and my career. I love working with people and helping them to feel that best that they can! I currently work in 2 non-profits that support women in abusive situations, and the other one focusses on health outreach in Latin America. I love to volunteer and I have done a lot of service work in my life. I worked for a long time in two service projects in mexico with children. I worked in nutrition education and public health education in Argentina.
I love to teach, and I have been teaching a bilingual biology program in Boulder this year!
I practice yoga very intensely and I love it! I am going to be training to be a Yoga Teacher very soon!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie is "Y Tu Mama Tambien." It is beautiful and I recommend it to anyone!
My favorite books lately are books on yoga and meditation. I am currently reading two: "The Untethered Soul: A journey beyond yourself" and "Yoga, Youth, and Reincarnation."
