About Me

Hi! I'm Bryan.

I'm about to road trip / move from Portland, OR, and looking to meet some awesome people along my journey!

I've traveled most of the USA as a kid on family vacations, and visited a few countries around the world (mostly for work as a medical product designer at the time). I've been to England, Spain, Italy, Austria, India, China, South Korea, Canada, and Mexico.

I live my life challenging my limiting beliefs and perceptions, and love expanding my awareness and making connections with others. I'm here to meet amazing people all over the world!
I believe in the kind nature and spirit of humanity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I tend to be a bit nomadic, and have lived in multiple cities and states:
Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Orlando, FL; and Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins and Golden, CO; Portland, OR.

I am interested in meeting new people and I love the idea of couchsurfing because it adds some humanity and culture into the travel experience.

Interests

Hanging with my beagle / toy Aussie shepherd pup, "Neo", love exploring nature, photography, hiking, bicycling, the beach, movies, languages and cultures, travel, theme parks, mindfulness, psychology, philosophy, reading, good conversation, and meditation.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly read non-fiction. My favorite books include: "Loving What Is", "I Need Your Love Is It True", "A Thousand Names for Joy" (all by Byron Katie), and "The Power of Now" and "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle. I enjoy books that open my mind to new awareness.

I love all kinds of music, including Glass Animals, Joywave, Sia, Tori Amos, Erasure, Keane, Foster The People, Dave Matthews, The Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay, Jack Johnson, The Killers, No Doubt, Enigma, and 80's, dance, relaxing/meditative music, some country, and more.

Movies I love include: The Matrix, Avatar, Moulin Rouge, The Last Mimzy, Donnie Darko, Cabin in The Woods, Grandma's Boy, Day Watch and Night Watch, Romy and Michele. I love movies that expand my thinking, make me laugh, or love. Sci-Fi too! I don't watch much television. Most Once Upon a Time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I help people around the world undo their stressful thoughts and live more peaceful lives. I love sharing this with people through my business and with friends.
