About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be present, light and joyful in everyday life and in relationships

ABOUT ME

I'm in a place of gentle exploration at present-finding what feels true, fresh, being with that & moving from that place.

PHILOSOPHY

On doit apprecier la vie, la vie des autres, la vie qui nous encercler comme des arbes, des fleures...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love meeting new people. I love the freshness of new perspectives and friendships. I like to try point people in the direction of the most beautiful and ordinary aspects of life when I'm hosting or being hosted.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Appreciating the life of others is wonderful, I have mostly hosted so far but would love to surf a little more in time to come. The people I've met through CS have had a positive influence on me I feel. It's also been fun, inspiring and evocative of new ideas and experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My experience of movement and dance workshops:
Dance often brings me to a place of profound wakeful peace. In this place of embodied awareness, the thinking mind is quiet, the heart is open and every movement is felt with exquisite sensitivity. Biodanza, 5 Rhythms and similar workshops have been a source of great joy, a portal to the indescribable feeling or experience of knowing my own essence, the innocence and true nature of humanity and the interconnected-ness of all that is.
If you are curious I would encourage you to explore the joy of movement, simply by bringing your complete attention to the movement that you feel right now.
