I'm a 33 year old Adventurer from Salt Lake City, Utah. I love just about anything outdoors and have adventure and sport A.D.D. My current sport passions are ultra trailrunning, yoga, some crossfit, rockclimbing, and when I'm near an ocean, surfing. I own a highrise window cleaning company and in the winters work as a wilderness therapy guide and work part time as a crossfit and running coach. I love teaching, coaching, and just being around and learning about other people. Traveling scratches the itch that is my love of being in, seeing, and experiencing new people, places, and things!

Musica, film e libri

I've never been good at picking favorites with Music, Movies, and Books. I have a library of all of these spanning all genres. I love most music and gravitate towards singer/songwriter type stuff. Any movie thats funny or deeply thought provoking. And I love autobiographies, suspenseful fiction, and poetry.

I've set up and jumped off of a 120 ft rope swing set up on the Corona Arch located just outside Moab, Utah.

I can teach and share different de-stressing techniques I've taught to thousands of different people in multiple therapy jobs and performance based seminars. I can share any information about ultra trail running or distance road running and functional fitness. Would love to learn anything people are willing to share!
