Overview
About Me
Kindhearted, down-to-earth, and personable guy that loves good company with a good craft beer. I have lived in TN, MS, FL, and AK and plan to move to another state in the future. I have not traveled much outside of the USA, but that is not by choice...just unfortunate timing.
Bring your bike, hiking pack, instrument, favorite book, favorite beer.....actually that has me thinking...
If you’d like to bring your favorite book/beer we could do an exchange! I’ll trade you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing to meet new people and maybe show and teach them a little about the south (the good parts); eventually I would like to travel and meet interesting people in different countries with the help of the Couchsurfing community.

Music, Movies, and Books
Indie rock is where my heart resides .
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived and worked in the Alaskan bush for about 25 months. I worked at a pink salmon hatchery and helped conserve Prince William Sound with 187 million pink salmon ever year.
Teach, Learn, Share
I dabble on the ukulele but I am by no means an expert. On a scale of incompetence to Jake Shimabukuro I’m like a toddler learning how to walk...if that makes sense ;)
I will definitely share my knowledge about the environment and it’s inhabitants of Earth!
My job, working with fish, has taught me a lot about our fragile ecosystem. I could also suggest which fish should be tried for dinner and where to find that fish!
Might even be able to suggest a wine pairing ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, experiences, laughs, and hugs!!!! I also make a mean homemade cinnamon roll if you don't mind flour all over your kitchen during the process ;)
