Overview
About Me
I'm a student from California studying abroad in Vaxjo Sweden and trying to explore as much as I can! I am from a very small town in the mountains of California where we get feet of snow every winter which I grew up skiing on.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet other interesting people and have a more unique experience while I travel. It sure helps with the student budget as well.

Music, Movies, and Books
Odesza is my favorite band but I enjoy similar music such as Flume, Kygo, and other artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Asap Rocky, NF, Two Feet and others. I love superhero movies and my favorite is The Dark Knight. I don't read to terribly often but I enjoy books by Tim Ferris and more lighthearted novel such as the Redwall series and Clive Cussler novels.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
With other students from my university, we traveled to the Arctic Ocean in the top of Norway to swim in the ocean and soak up the sauna. One of the most random and interesting places I'd thought I'd never be!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach skiing (I have been doing it for some time), slack lining, English, downhill mountain biking, exercise routines, coding languages, and technology concepts. I love to learn about language, differences in foods among cultures (for example how different pizza is across every country), physics, anything technologically related, any outdoor activity.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My experiences in the states or any of my destinations abroad. My interest in all things technology and the future of the industry. My stories of ski experiences from many years on the slopes. All of these and more or just a good around the fire chat about anything and everything. I came to Europe to get a different perspective so I like to believe I'm very open about new topics, ideas, and experiences in general.
