About Me

I've found the search for answer to the "what to do with my life" question to be elusive. So I gave up. I've just been doing things that I am interested in. That mindset led me to live in Spain for a year during my undergrad. That was an amazing experience. I came back from Europe and decided engineering was fun, learning how things work and all. Turns out I really like it. I recently moved to Boulder CO for grad school. Boulder is really fun and skiing/climbing/biking every weekend is a huge plus!

Philosophy

As long as I love my life and am able to help others love theirs, I'm happy. Living in CO makes loving life pretty easy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

People are great. It's fun to meet people from different backgrounds with different perspectives.

So far, (with my roommate's profile) who is also on Couch Surfing, I have hosted a few people as they come through Boulder. It has been really fun and also rewarding helping people explore the area.

Interests

I love pretty much anything outdoors. I especially enjoy sport climbing, skiing, mountain biking and hiking.

Traveling is also top on the interests list, although it happens to be at the bottom here... I've been to some amazing places but there are soo many more to visit!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked with Engineers Without Borders for the last several years and got to help build water systems in the Peruvian Andes. Incredible experience!

Teach, Learn, Share

Learning is cool. Hence the graduate school decision. Paychecks are also cool, maybe I should rethink the graduate school decision.
