CURRENT MISSION

I am planning a trip around Spain this summer, in order to work on my Spanish. I will be travelling from 13 July - 17 August more or less. Any hosts who will take me, I'd be very grateful. I have no locational preference at the moment, I will begin in Bilbao and hopeful finish the trip in southern Spain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am unable to host because I live in university halls of residence with a policy against guests. From September I will be hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed for a prolonged period with a host family in Cantabria Spain when I was 17, working as an aupair. Otherwise, I have surfed in the USA and Ecuador during my 'gap year' with a few couchsurfing members and a few non-members.

Interests

I love languages and travelling, and I'm a fluent speaker of 3 languages. I study Human Geography at University. I'm also very sporty and enjoy outdoor activities like running, cycling, and mountain walking, but my biggest passion is photography, and film making.

Music, Movies, and Books

To name a few books... How green was my valley, Marching Powder, Open Veins of Latin America, and George Orwell is hands down my favourite writer.

As for movies I am a massive fan of Quinten Tarantino, foreign cinema, and documentary style films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made the newspapers in Mexico when I was mislead by an incompetent tour guide and trapped 14,500ft up a Volcano with no food and little water for 2 days!
