I haven't tried couchsurfing yet, but am interested in trying while I am traveling in Asia

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't been involved with CS yet, but I do have many vicarious stories and experiences from other travelers. I have also done plenty of "freelance" couch surfing and hosting in my travels and homes.

A brief list from my last trip in S. America: The Andes, Jungles, glaciers, endless plains, salt flats- all more than qualified as amazing. Maybe I'll add some specificity soon.

I used to teach about media, politics, etc. and I'm always down for a good conversation. I now work in renewable energy and love all things "green" and innovative.
