COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am amazed that something like this even exists. What a concept! Each one of my CS experiences have been excellent. Better than staying in hotels - with C.S you feel welcomed. You feel like you have arrived at a friend's house in another part of the world, and that is a very comforting feeling when you just arrived in a completely foreign place!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teaching Tibetan refugees how to speak English.

I was surprised at how many skills I can offer in Nepal. I didn't realise how valuable a skill it is to be able to teach and speak English, as well as just being able to use a computer. These skills will help overseas schools in third world countries enormously and any contribution you make while overseas will be so valuable and appreciated, that you'll want to keep doing it.
