I have recently worked the snow season in Australia and now am going to Europe over winter to attend a business forum in Paris as I was invited by an NGO I interned for earlier this year and will go visit my exchange/erasmus friends from when I was studying abroad in Slovakia 2017. Plus I hope to see the alps this time in Europe and try skiing there!

I love to travel to explore new cultures, places and meet new people. My year as an exchange student was been one of my best experiences so far and I want to continue to meet like minded travelers as they are fun people to hang out with!

I am from Canberra but studied the last few years in Melbourne. Before I moved to Melbourne I travelled to south east Asia during my gap year.
I am studied environmental science and I still am figuring out what I want to do with degree, hopefully travel more of course. I have done lots of great volunteer programs with my uni and would like to do more. I have been to Sri Lanka for a elephant/wildlife conservation field trip, India for a rural architecture project and Indonesia for interning with an NGO.

I am from a big family and so I always like to be hanging out with others. I am a friendly person and outgoing, I like to see the sights but also hang out like I am local rather than a tourist.

To see how a local sees and lives in the city/place I am visiting and gain local knowledge. I don't want to be a typical tourist, I think meeting locals is the best way to get the most out of somewhere new. I also love to hear other traveler's stories and tell them mine.

I like many genres and foreign films but can't do horror! In the cinema I last watched, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.

I love discovering new music from others playlists, I listen to just about everything. I love going to see live music acts.

I like reading when I am alone or travelling, I can go through many books while relaxing in the summer. I last read Wild by Cheryl Strayed
