Hello! I recently moved out of Seattle after living there for 6 years and working as a software engineer. In December I quit my job to spend some time traveling around the world and plan to move somewhere in Europe this fall. I've been traveling solo for the past few months, and have loved meeting so many kind and interesting people from all over the world! In new cities I love to spend time walking everywhere, trying new foods, hiking, going to see live music, and reading in beautiful parks. I'm also a huge sports fan- I loved both playing and watching sports, whether live or with a group of fans in a bar during a big tournament. I particularly love women's soccer, and the community around it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love getting to know new people while I'm traveling, especially those that are familiar with the area I'm visiting and are able to share with me the culture and reasons why they love the city! In May and June I'll be visiting several places where I'm considering moving, so I'm particularly interested in getting to experience the cities through the eyes of a local.

Books: Happy City, Why Fish Don't Exist, Thursday Murder Club, Beartown, pretty much any memoir by an interesting person, Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow
