About Me

Hi , i've been bouncing around the world a bit for the last year and a half . I started at The Envision festival in Costa rica february of 2015 , moved over to a permaculture farm afterwords for a fun filled week of workshops then headed up into the hills for a plant medicine conference at a super sweet hot springs place ... To sum up ... I 've been traveling with a bit of a purpose .What purpose you may ask ? well first , of course i'm enjoying the time off and second I decided to give myself 2 years off to find the magic again ... To be back in the flow , to feel the freedom i do when having large blocks of time . So thats what i'm doing at the moment and Costa Rica was somewhat the start followed by Colombia , Equador and then A month long meditation retreat in Guatemala before heading back to the states for a few months . Yes it's been sweet ! I bounced to S.E.Asia a few months ago and did a workshop with Mantak Chia , a dude who authored a few cool books on the Tao then volunteered at a project called "the mindfulness project" where we helped build a house out of natural clay bricks we made , then i hit up Vietnam and Cambodia because how could i be in S.E, Asia and miss The Angkor Complex ? After a brief stop back in the states i hopped back on a plane and ended up in Paris at the end of april where i jumped a train to points south and Hopped on The Camino de Santiago . Just finished june 7th ! Hooray , what a fantastic walk and now i'm on a flight To iceland in two days!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

1.) avoid the overpriced , devoid of life hotels that are waiting to kill my travel budget and 2) I'd like to connect with more local people on my travels and expand my Global Family :) It's a wonderful world and i love the thought of hosting people i've met along the way who have also hosted others.
