ABOUT ME

Hah, well.. I love to explore. I was pretty long into mountainbike downhill till I had a really bad injury on my back. Climbing and triathlon helped me to come back. Love the mountains and the feeling of freedom to turn off my head ! Enjoy some meditation outside during sunrise, but thrilled for every crazy stuff !

Started with CS in the US - had brilliant experiences while i was traveling - and enjoyed showing my hosts back home some extraordinaire spots which are in no travelguide ;)

Interests

I love to run through the woods, climb mountains, mountainbiking / downhill, bouldering, swimming - simply outside at home. Also started with some Qi gong, shiatsu and meditation after a big injury on my vertebras and really look forward to practice them outside
