I'm an American in Amsterdam. I never really planned to end up here, but love it here. I've been able to travel around Europe, experience so much, and meet people from all over the world. I want to continue to do this with couchsurfing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to travel, but sometimes I'm happily stuck in Amsterdam working. If I'm not too busy with that, I can offer my couch. Hopefully I'll get to meet some really cool people and get to show them around my city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I've hosted many travellers but have yet to surf anywhere myself.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Going to Lisbon for St. Anthony's Day and walking through the crowds of hundreds of thousands of celebrating people, up to the castle and back at night, guided by locals.

Waking up from a nap on the top deck of a ferry boat, on a perfect sunny day, and seeing the volcanic islands at the mouth of the river to Goteborg.

Climbing up to the Cathedral in Lyon and looking out onto the city and valley beyond. It was a clear day and you could see all the way to the Alps.
