HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING:

I/we offer a "make-shift" bedroom (with CLEAN & COMFORTABLE bedding materials that we provide) in our healing room/office, for Couch Surfers to crash on when they're in our neck of the woods in the Pacific Northwest.

And...

When I stay with others I'm happy to help out and be of service in anyway that I can -- I AM a HANDYMAN in my regular work-a-day life, after all! From washing dishes to teaching guitar + yard work to moving large furniture + cleaning/organizing to grocery shopping + light construction to animal care... You name it -- I'm happy to help you with it.

I'm also happy to share accelerate learning principles, creative problem solving strategies, and practical skills regarding personal development, life coaching, relationships, conflict resolution, business consulting, etc... in order to leave this world a BETTER PLACE than I FOUND it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Toured Paris, The Northern Coast, St Michel, San Malo, Lascaux, The Dunes of Pyla... Surfed there and back...

Surfed in Lagos, Nigeria for several weeks in Fall 2012... and Cabo, Mexico in Fall 2013.

Surfed across the US & Canada from Boston to L.A. + San Fransisco to Mt Rushmore + Jackson Hole thru Canadian Rockies to Banff + Across the Canadian Provinces from Edmonton to Toronto + Niagra Falls to Ocean Front Property in Northern MA & NH... Even had the good fortune to (couch)surf once while in Hawaii... Met many wonderful people who opened up their homes to me... (long before I ever heard of www.couchsurfing.com)... Had many insightful discussions with perfect strangers (male/female; young/old; rich/poor; multi-nationality) which led to them inviting me back to their place to stay the night (many times days -- in some cases even several months~!!!) on the couch or in a guest bedroom, or allow me to park my van (i.e. studio on wheels) in their driveway and use their facilities.

For now here are some SIMPLE but HIGHLY EFFECTIVE Qigong Principles that ANYONE can enjoy IMMEDIATE BENEFITS from:

(To INCREASE your ENERGY and FOCUSED ATTENTION):

Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and breathe in and out through the nose... for as long as you'd like...

Keep the fingers of both hands spread gently and "feel the energy" (i.e. tingling sensation, warmth, etc...)

Keep the body hydrated by drinking water 1st thing after waking up (daily) --> (8oz per every 50lbs of body weight)

To remain hydrated throughout the day... drink a glass of water (each time) after you pee ~ ~ ~

And be sure to chew each mouthful of food until it's liquified... (30x?)

Doing so will unleash INCREDIBLE amounts of energy and focused attention -- try them and see for yourself...
