Overview
About Me
Travel is Life! I grew up in different countries and have always loved exploring this amazing crazy planet.
I live in Entebbe, Uganda with my wife and son. I used to go on long hitchhiking journeys around the world where couchsurfing was my main way of meeting people. I still occasionally go on trips.
I am currently working on my dissertation on addiction and mental health treatment through holistic modalities of healing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
"Strangers are just friends you haven't met yet" We are all a part of a family of life on Earth. I love to explore and connect.
Interests
I am a curious and open minded person so i like to talk about anything and everything. All things are interconnected.

What I Can Share with Hosts
Recently i have begun practicing and teaching workshops for "trigger point release therapy" - its a really effective technique of releasing tension/stress in our bodies and minds - im happy to give you an intro session!
I also study transpersonal psychology and shamanic psychotherapy, i have used sacred plant medicines (like mushroom, ayahuasca, etc.) in a ceremonial context to heal myself and others - I believe in their potential to create harmony between human civilization and nature/universal consciousness. this topic has a tendency to lead to long hours of deep conversation:)
