ABOUT ME

I'm never quite sure where I'll be a year from now. I have aspirations of writing a novel, but I didn't quite fit in the academic world and left after teaching a year and a half of college English. A serious poker habit has paid the bills for 5 years running, and allowed me to see more of the world than my parents ever dared to. I'd like to keep moving in that direction, exploring.

Find me in a local hole in the wall or dive bar. Drag me to the club. As long as I get a few hours sleep and some H20, I'm good to go. Having some downtime is important, though, as is getting outside and away from the city.

I love my friends and try to learn as much as I can from them, yet some of my best nights out have been spent in the company of total strangers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had plenty of experience entertaining surfers via friends and roommates before I officially joined the network. I surfed in Europe, plan to again, and love to repay the favor.
