Overview
About Me
I grew up in the suburbs of Buffalo, New York but got my first taste of travel while studying abroad in Singapore.
After graduating university I roadtripped around the US for more than 6 months and finally settled down in Boulder, Colorado. It's beautiful there, and I always gush while talking about it. Mountains, skiing, hiking, clean air, open minded people, beautiful but dynamic weather, and the healthiest state in America. I love it!
But I did leave to do some more international exploration. In Colorado I worked for a few startup tech companies, and then started my own. I exited from that, sold everything I owned, and bought a ticket to Korea. It's been almost a year since, and every day brings a new adventure.
Oh, I'm a definitely a geek. But like a mindful, playful, smiley geek.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is totally different than staying in a hostel or hotel. I like being able to actually share an experience with other people. It's different every time, and that's part of the fun. Sure, every city has its museums, restaurants, and historical sights, but it's usually the people and environment that make the experience memorable.
Interests
I enjoy biking, diving, travel, web development, meditation, yoga, philosophy, playing piano or the ukulele, random acts of kindness, comedy, cooking, camping, playing cards, starting businesses, and video games.

Teach, Learn, Share
Every person you will ever meet has something to teach, something to learn, and something to share. The trick is to not forget that the same is true of yourself.
