ABOUT ME

I think this is one of the most difficult things to do. Discribe yourself. I want to be an openminded, friendly, respectfull and fine person. I do my best to live with all respect for life, in all aspects.
Simple: I'm just a normal guy, with a normal life, but different ways to express it and different ways to think about it.

PHILOSOPHY

A good traveller has no fixed plans and is not intent on arriving. Lao Tsu
I use it for travelling, but also in everyday life. No plans (not too much :-)) and living from day to day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a couch. Not much, but I like to make other people happy and I do like to discover other people my self too. So I just take a passive part in building the community, but I think it's a very nice idea!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heart about the possibility when I was on a five months trip with a friend and used the forum for my trip to Stockholm. A wonderful and mind-blowing experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

All music. Reggae, electro, rock, funk, dub, metal, house, ska, salsa, ...
Only hardcore styles are not really my thing..
I like movies as well, all kinds!!
And I try to read, but I'm to active :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Life is amazing, so :-)
No, I once organized an international camp for 2000 boys and girls form the youthmovement 'scouts'. The closing ceremony was goose bumps time!! :-)
A few years later, I went on a big trip for five months, based on the crossing of the atlantic ocean with a sailing ship. Wonderful time!! Wonderful people!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I think everybody has something to teach and even more to learn, so: wonderful idea!. I can teach sailing, windsurfing, wavesurfing, cooking and a lot of other things about life (filosophy, do-it-yourself, nature, physics, ...)
I wanne learn anything. :-)
