About Me

Heey dear CS people! I am currently on a gap year so not able to host anyone until end of June!
I'm a very careful, curious, positive and open-minded person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm convinced that meeting new people and sharing our lives experiences with someone from another country or another culture can only be a benefit. I love listening to others' stories and I think we're always learning from everyone.

Interests

I'm a very sporty person (I played tennis, basketball, volleyball, used to go running, biking, and most important skiing and hiking!). I love going to the mountains because it is a very special atmosphere in my opinion.
I'm sensitive to sustainable development and convinced that we should all act to improve the conditions of our dear planet.
I'm fond of philosphy and talking about wide subjects for hours, questionning everything that happens in life.

Music, Movies, and Books

About music I like almost everything (Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Broken Back, The Kooks...) except heavy metal and rap I would say. My favourite artist those days: Dire Straits!

I love watching movies and series (I loved Black Mirror, Mr Robot). I like when movies makes me think a bit and opens my mind (movies such as "The secret life of Walter Mitty" or "Captain fantastic").
And I looove Woody Allen's movies, Klapisch as well, Rohmer, Ken Loach...

When it comes to books I'm very interested to share and discover new things :) The last books I read are 1984 (Orwell), The Idiot (Dostoyevsky) and I'm actually reading Hermann Hesse. I'm more into classic books and not really into SF ones for example, but still open to any suggestions!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My adventure of life couldn't be summed up in a few words and reduced to one experience but I would be glad to share it with anybody! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always opened to discover about cultures and sharing traditions and discussing for hours about our society and ways of life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my philosophy of life and experiences of travelling around a cup of tea, some chocolate, warmth and good times!

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, England, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Mauritius, Montenegro, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
