HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By CS meetings and hosting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first couchsurfer in February 2009 for 3 nights. Very friendly, I highly appreciated the experience.
I was hosted first in May 2009. Really great.

Centres d'intérêt

First of all : travel everywhere I can.
Besides, I like sport, hiking, badminton, roller skating, skiing. I appreciate mountain activities like canyoning, via-ferrata, rafting; I will also try alpinism.
Other interest is going to the cinema regularly.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Movies:
for example Cohen Brothers, P. Almodovar, C. Eastwood... movies like 'Diarios de motocicleta', 'Into the wild'.
Music:
when I was very young it was the New wave (The Cure, Depeche Mode); later, more rock/metal (Rammstein, Mass hysteria). Now it is more electronic music (Death in Vegas, Mogwai), trip hop (Massive Attack, Morcheeba), world music (Femi Kuti, Ismael Lo), and I must add Manu Chao (amazing on stage).
Books:
I don't take enough time to read, but I like to read travel guides, and I am of huge fan of Tales of the City from A. Maupin (that's why I would like to go to San Francisco; is there any CS member at 28 Barbary lane? ;-))
