Spirituality is a big part of my life and I give praise! I am a loving and compassionate person. My intention and practice are to live the golden rule.

I live a very healthy lifestyle. I have been vegan since 2012. I have practiced and taught Yoga and Eastern meditation for the last 10 years. I am into calisthenics, paddling, and skating. I also love to swim, listen to music, and have really good conversations.

I live a very active lifestyle. Two of my books have been published and I have another one written. I have brewed kombucha for the last seven years and am an expert at it. I work as a provider in the field of mental health. Spirituality is a big part of my life. I am also into prayer, fasting, and giving.

I love to paddle on my SUP and skate on my longboard.
