My name is Bugs and I was born in the northern tip of Australia to a Sri Lankan-descent mum and an Irish-descent dad.

People frequently tell me I'm a fun and quirky kind of guy. I've been on the road travelling quite a long time now and I live my life in a way that enables me to engage with the world and the people in it.

I'm studying a Master of Sustainability and Climate Change Policy so I'm naturally inclined to talk about these kinds of topics as I feel strongly about sustainability.

That said, I like a lot of different things and can engage on several ideas and topics - films, popular science, cool animals, good biscuits, philosophy, anthropology, etc. etc.

I'm a fun-loving guy who gets along with almost anyone.

I love loads of different music, movies and books...

Musically, I am particularly into funky/ experimental/glitch electronic stuff (i.e. Opiuo, Griz, Floozies, Gramatik, etc.) and folky acoustic artists (Ben Howard, Nahko Bear, Josh Radin, Ed Sheeran, etc.).

I mainly read non-fiction books but I love a good story as well.
