Grow and cook my own food.
Next door to a shop that has a good café with organic cakes and breads.
Design and build sustainable, energy efficient, inexpensive buildings.
Project manage or build them myself.
Import electric bike motors and assemble electric bicycles.
Involved in the local community on a number of levels.
Have lived in Thailand for 8 years, London for 12, Fiji for 9 months and travelled extensively.
