COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've always taken pride in my ability to make friends wherever I go and to gain an insider's perspective on the places I visit. And I make sure to always have room for guests no matter how small my place is. I've hitchhiked a lot throughout the US and Mexico, and I've done
5 years at Burning Man, which is the ultimate couch hunt!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My many trips to Burning Man will always stand out as the most amazing trips I've been on. My fist night of my first year there: arriving with my friend, climbing up a ladder onto the top of this structure that had just been constructed for one week only, people dancing, drinking, chatting with the casual comfort level of the oldest of friends. I took a 360 view of the vista of fires, flashing colored lights crazy utterly wild people gathered from all over the world, and I felt for the first time in my life: These are my people!!! This is my home!
