ABOUT ME

Hello all, I will keep this brief. I am a solicitor from Australia just looking to see the world a bit. I also perform comedy and have recently been involved in Melbourne Comedy Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival and Perth Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Fringe for a show.
That's me in a concise nutshell.
Just going ot be travelling around, hopefully performing some standup or improvised comedy wherever I can...
i only do fun things... fun is good. how good is fun? great! things are good, all good things.

basically i was a lawyer, but i decided that i needed to leave and see some things, what things? i dont know, when for, how long? i dont know. whatever happens will be great. if i like somewhere i will stay, if i dont i will go on...

i felt like i was trapped in a monopoly board of life, constantly getting paid and losing my money around the board (and winning $10 in a beauty contest) then repeating it over and over again. each tiem going around the board is good, but a little less fun adn a little bit more repetitive. i felt static, and needed to just take a leap and do something.

PHILOSOPHY

1. you cannot regret doing something, you can only regret not doing something.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i want to meet some new people from new places. just cool. learn some stuff about different places.
the world is a cool place, with lots of cool people... i want to see and meet them

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

a few. and everyone has been too lovely. it is really amazing.

comedy, tennis, anything, backgammon, sandwiches, fun, great things, being around awesome people, doing things that might make you cry or be the best thing ever. plans are for losers!

i love music, anything from noise (merzbow boredoms melt banana) to pop to classical, give me suggestions, i want to hear more new things!

i have many 1000's of albums from all different genres and time periods. miles davis, kaada, mike patton, secret chiefs 3... so many things, i cannot name them. i am going to La Route Du Rock, Iceland Airwaves ATP Nightmare before christams, inbetwee adn Bowlie2 and maybe Supersonic

i have a home studio of music equipment, and record a bit with people...
music is all things great.

always say yes to things, even if it isnt what you had planned. yes yes yes!
i do a bit of imptovised theatre and belong ot an ensemble of improvisors. the things are always take risks, say yes adn i've got your back. if someone does something i will be there.
