ABOUT ME
I'm currently living and working in Tokyo. I'm a fun loving guy (not to sound real lame), and I am up for just about anything; don't knock it 'till you try it is my personal motto.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not too picky, and I ususally like just about anything that I come across.
Some favorites:
Music: Vampire Weekend, Modest Mouse, MIA, Funky Monkey Babys, Arctic Monkeys, Spoon, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah
Books: Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, Life of Pi, Ishmael, anything by Murakami Haruki, Harry Potter, His Dark Materials
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While living in Japan, I participated in "the naked man festival" (no actual nudity). It involved wearing a loan cloth, running around a temple in the middle of freezing February weather, and then cramming onto a temple stage with several hundred other Japanese men to fight over magic spirit sticks that the priest throws. I was lost in a sea of people, and I thought I was actually going to die at certain points (some people do each year). It was ridiculous.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn about anything and everything! I think we live in a big and beautiful world, and I want to know about as much of it as I can.
What I know a little about:
-Karate for about 2 years in Japan.
-Yoga, went to classes for 3 years and practice on my own.
-Japanese, been studying for about 7 years now!
-Finance major, so I give you a simple breakdown of how the stock market works.
-little bits and pieces from a lot of other subjects. just ask and lets see what we know!
