I have just arrived in the UK following a stint in Auckland. Following no particular theme I have taken up meditation and backgammon in that time.

Before that last northern summer I was touring by bicycle in Spain, France and Germany. And before that I was in Germany working over the winter, and before that in South America. The first year mostly in Chile but then I bought a motorbike and toured in other parts.

PHILOSOPHY

No regrets. Nothing ventured nothing gained. // Nichts bedauern. Nichts riskieren nichts gewinnen. //sin lamentar. Nada apostado nada ganado.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a bunch of people before I left NZ to go travelling, now I like to stay with couchsurfing hosts or just meet up during my trip when I don´t leave writing requests to the last minute. I keep an eye out for social events when I´m in the cities, and I also went to the yearly couchsurfing chile meet-up in Chaihuin 2014.

Viele Leute waren in meinem Haus in Neuseeland, bevor meiner Reise, jetzt ich mag mit Leuten bleiben oder nur sich treffen.

Recibí un monton de gente en mi casa en Nueva Zelanda antes viajar. Ahora en la viaje me gusta quedarme con couches o aun juntar (cuando no dejo escribiendo solicitudes demasiado tarde). En las ciudades reviso eventos sociales, y fuí a la reunion de couchsurfing anual de chile en Chaihuin 2014.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted heaps of people and also surfed all over South America and Europe, so much fun so far. I love that I can have instant long-lost friends in places I´ve never been to.

Viele Leute waren in meinem Haus und auch ich habe in alle Südamerika, also viel Spaß bis jetzt. Ich liebe, dass ich eue Freunde in unbekannten Orten haben kann.

Recibí un monton de surfistas y tambien me quedé con muchos couches, ahora en todo Sudamerica, muy súper ré entretenido hasta ahora. . Me encanta que puedo tener amigos nuevos en lugares que no todavia conozco.

Music, Movies, and Books

An eclectic mix of rock, dance, reggae, hiphop, latin and whatever else. Mainly read fantasy, sci-fi and historical fiction, plus self-improvement books are a guilty habit. I like movies which make me think, like Shutter Island.

Una mezcla eclectica de rock, reggae, electronica, hiphop, y ahora latina (cumbia, salsa, bachata, reggaeton, samba...). Mayormente leo fantasia, ficción ciencia y historia pero también...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good vibes. I like to cook for my hosts when I get a chance. Also it´s always fun to jam on the guitar if there´s one in the vicinity. And finally I can educate the populace about my country and our culture etcetera.

Gute Stimmung. Ich mag es zu kochen für meine Gastgeber wenn ich kann. Es macht auch Spaß Gitarre zu spielen wenn es eine gibt. Und als letztes ich kann euch über mein Land und unsere Kultur etc erzählen.

Buena onda. Me gusta cocinar por mis couches cuando tengo tiempo. Tambien siempre esta divertido a tocar un poco de guitarra si hay. Y finalmente puedo enseñar la gente sobre mi país y nuestra cultura etcetera.
