Hi! My name is Laura and I like to think that I'm a pretty cool person to hang out with. I'm currently at Uni in Tasmania, and am returning to the great city of Baltimore to finish my degree at some point. Hopefully. Until that point, I'm up for just about any adventure.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Thus far, my participation has been limited to offering up my couch. I plan on spending a the month of July traveling and utilizing this service, so I figured the least I could do was offer my own couch!

To say that I am interested in everything is an understatement. If you want to explain something to me, I'll willingly listen. While not meeting new and exciting people, I generally fill my time with studies, adventures, knitting, rock climbing and scuba diving. I'm still trying to work that all into one activity...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've jumped from a plane at 10,000 ft. Swam with a sting ray 100' below the surface of the Atlantic. Stood in monasteries built in the 5th century and are still standing. Watched the sun set from 14,258 ft. Jumped from a bridge or two. Cooked pancakes at 3am. Ate breakfast with Katherine Hepburn's sister. Had a snowball fight in June (in the Northern Hemisphere). Watched clouds go by. Noticed the sun rising earlier every morning as winter ends.
